Free Trial

We regularly run promotions and free trials. If you are starting to use our services under such a promotion, here's the quickest way to get started:

• 1. If you have a coupon, Sign Up using it, then come back to this page and go to step 3.

  2. If you received by email your account password and your voicemail PIN, save the email so you can access it later. You may also request that we change or password or PIN to something else that is easier for you to remember. Login to your account with your email and password.

  3. Get acquainted with your Control Panel and obtain your Username and Password from My Services - you will need them to setup your device.

  4. If you want to use our services with a PC, download and install Xlite v3.0 by clicking the DOWNLOAD button in the window that opens. Try to ignore the ads. (For other similar free programs visit ConsumedConsumer.)

  5. Follow our guide to setup X-ten Lite or any other softphone you may be using. You will find these instructions in the adjacent menu, under Setup -> Softphones (X-ten Lite). Jump straight to the section for version 3 and ignore the instructions for version 4 (the newest version has less features).

  6. If installed and setup correctly, make your first phone call to 4443. This is an echo service that will repeat back to you whatever you say. It is also a free call. If everything sounds fine, then you can start making outgoing phone calls. All your calls will be reflected on your online account. You can check their the rates before making the phone call.

  7. If you have a phone number associated with your account, setup your voicemail by dialing *97 and entering your PIN. Simply follow the prompts. If you do not have a phone number, you will probably not need to receive phone calls. Your voicemail can be accessed by dialing *97 and also your messages will be emailed at the email you provided (which can be changed). You can easily configure your email to forward your messages to more than one email address.

  8. If you do not have a phone number we have already set up your Caller ID to display the phone number you provided when you signed up. We can change that number to anything you wish - this is the number people see when you call them. You can control the name they see on the display from your device setup.

  9. We can also set your phone to use as a calling card. If you have an incoming phone number (less than $2 / month), you can call your number from a public phone for instance, enter a chosen PIN and then you will get a dial tone allowing you to make phone calls anywhere in the world at our unbeatable rates.
