Setup

Perhaps the most daunting and scariest task of switching to VOIP is setting up your system. Once set up and with a good broadband Internet connection, a VOIP line performs just as well or better than a regular phone line (aka POTS) and at a lower rate.

If you purchased the phone adapter (ATA) from us, we have already configured it for you. All you have to do is to connect it to your router via the ethernet wire and then plug your phone into Line 1. Alternatively, you may connect it to the wall enabling your entire residence phone wiring to use your VOIP connection.

Once our setup is complete, you may use the following special phone numbers:

Below, you may find other configuration samples for different devices. You may obtain your username and password by logging in to your account at http://voip.wintegrated.com under "My Services". The domain/proxy is listed on the same page next to Did Associated in square brackets. For example, if you see [Toronto] your domain/proxy is toronto.voip.ms ; if you see [Montreal], your domain/proxy is montreal.voip.ms

The following configuration samples should be self-explanatory; if, however, you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact us by email.
